Collectible Concepts Group, Inc. to Sell Its Gridworks JV Products Through Malls

Collectible Concepts Group (CCGI) today announced that it is finalizing plans to sell its "Sports Memories in Wood" products through selected retail malls across the country in the upcoming holiday season. "Our Gridworks JV product line, which we call Sports Memories in Wood, is comprised of hardwood baseballs, footballs, basketballs and other sports memorabilia licensed by NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and a variety of well known colleges and universities," said Paul S. Lipschutz, CCGI President. The Sports Memories in Wood products are superior sports collectibles manufactured from quality hardwoods including cherry, maple and ash, laser etched with appropriate team or school logos, emblems and statistics. "Our Sports Memories in Wood are truly unique and make outstanding holiday gift items and Gridworks, Inc., our joint venture partner, has had notable success in holiday marketing through regional malls in the past," said Lipschutz. "Gridworks has been selling through malls for the past five years and has been in up to 60 malls in a single holiday season and individual malls have produced sales volumes from $35,000 to over $70,000 in a two month selling period. We plan to expand that number to include high end malls in all cities that have major league ball clubs as well as those cities surrounding key colleges and universities," said Lipschutz.
