To Re-Apply for Listing on the OTC Bulletin Board

Collectible Concepts Group, Inc (CCGI) is pleased to report that it has completed all necessary audited SEC filings and is now in compliance with requirements to re-apply for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.

Collectible Concepts Group President Paul Lipschutz said, "With listing requirements behind us, we are now better positioned to avail Collectible Concepts of new financing opportunities, create new licensing agreements and incrementally increase sales. We are increasingly optimistic about the future of the Company and look forward to continued success."

Lipschutz continued, "While today's filing increases the number of shares authorized for Collectible Concepts, management remains committed to growth in our business model to the maximum benefit of Shareholders -- without substantially increasing the number of shares outstanding."

Collectible Concepts also noted in response to recent inquiries that a reverse split of the Company's common stock is not planned at this time.
