Collectible Concepts Group Effects Reverse Stock Split

Assigned New Trading Symbol "CCNG"
Collectible Concepts Group, Inc. (CCNG) formerly (CCGI) announced that its shareholders
have approved a reverse split of its issued and outstanding common stock on
the basis of one share of common stock to be issued for each 100 shares issued
and outstanding. Collectible Concepts has been assigned a new stock symbol and
will now trade under the symbol "CCNG."
At a meeting of its annual shareholders held December 15, 2006, Collectible
Concepts agreed to the 1 for 100 reverse stock split to decrease its average
shares outstanding to 99 million. According to the Company, the reverse split
was effected in order to make the company more attractive to a better grade
of investors, allowing it to attract additional capital for growth.
