Collectible Concepts & Bana Holdings Sign

DOYLESTOWN, Pa., Oct 14, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Collectible Concepts Group, Inc. (CCGI) announced today that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Bana Holdings, USA, Inc. of New York, to jointly form a new corporation called Bana USA. The new entity is being formed to distribute the Fanbana(TM) and all other bana products manufactured by Bana Holdings. Under the terms of the Memorandum, Bana USA will become the exclusive United States distributor for the Fanbana(TM) and all other Bana(TM) products whether unlicensed or sold under specific brand licenses. CCGI has already supplied Fanbanas to Delta Airlines and McDonald's for both premium and on sale items. CCGI President Paul S. Lipschutz states, "This is a great opportunity for CCGI. The Fanbana(TM) is a unique and exciting product. It offers value added visual messaging with a multitude of uses and we expect to develop significant new sales opportunities."
